My name is Hope (Esperanza), and I am here to invite you to try our Carribean menu in the beautiful small town of Licking, MO.

My dishes are inspired by the food of my childhood in the Dominican Republic, which shares similarities to Puerto Rican and Cuban food. However, my food has no pork and is not spicy, despite being quite flavorful.

Our dishes are prepared fresh, with some of them being made a la carte. On my menu you will also find some dishes that I created, being a mother of three, such as Sausage Spaghetti and Spring Rice, dishes that have become staples of the restaurant.

We have received out-of-state travelers, as well as great support from local residents and nearby towns.
